Tim Haynes
Senior Executive
Tim was appointed Senior Executive with responsibility for marketing Gibraltar as a jurisdiction for the Funds Industry in January 2017. Tim is based in London at Gibraltar House and works to market Gibraltar's high-quality fund offering to high net worth clients across the globe. Tim started his financial services career at Rothschild Asset Management, and from there he moved to the Nasdaq Stock Market, rising to Managing Director. He has also worked for Bear Wagner LLP as Senior Vice President, Director at Citigroup, and Vice President at RBC Capital Markets. In conjunction with his responsibility for the funds sector, Tim also works as Parliamentary Adviser supporting HM Government of Gibraltar's Representative in London. This involves keeping Gibraltar's interests relevant and at the top of the agenda amongst Parliamentarians across all sides of the House. In addition, Tim works alongside colleagues in the UK Overseas Territories Association on Financial Services related matters.
